Gary Fisher being interviewed by Evening Magazine's Steve Fox at Repack Race in 1979. This interview and the ensuing television segment created a national interest and participation in the "klunking" movement. However, this interview also ultimately lead to the end of organized Repack races, while the field opened up to new and developing klunking and mountain bike competitions elsewhere.
